Lessons for Web-based startups

Why do web-based startups fail? Would like to refer to Kyle Brady ’s blog.
Just outlining the overall thing, it is the cloud of Proper Resource (Manpower, Technology and overall vision) which is responsible to drive the business in the right direction.
Right manpower – Manpower is what all companies could get. They are in bulk!
Technology – The major difference lies in the usage of Technology.
Vision – This is where you want yourself to be in the eyes of users or customers.
